This role presents a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting brand execution and contributing to innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand plans and meet key milestones.
- Develop and execute communications strategies or brand activation projects working with agency partners.
- Analyse brand performance metrics including sales volumes, market share trends, and competitor activity.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including commercial teams and agency partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree qualification in Commerce, Business, or Marketing and at least 2 years' work experience in FMCG Sales and/or Marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong project management skills.
- A self-starter who can display initiative and figure out how to get things done.
- A passion for brands and marketing, with a natural curiosity to learn and grow.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, along with experience in New Product Development (NPD) and/or scan data analysis.
