**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our people experience team. The People Experience and Travel Administrator supports organisational development by managing learning systems, coordinating training and induction programs, maintaining performance appraisals, and providing administrative and reporting support to ensure effective delivery of learning and development initiatives and a positive employee experience.

**About You**:

- General office administration experience and/or qualifications in business administration or learning and development
- Strong organisational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in task execution.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel and/or Power BI
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing
- Satisfactory Police Check
