**We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Inkerman Panels on a part time basis - Thursday & Friday - 9 hours a day**

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. Your ability to provide first-class service in every interaction will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of excellence that define our team. **About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
