**How You'll Shine**

As the Tour Desk Supervisor, you will contribute to the global company vision to put the world on vacation through delivering qualified guests to Tour Desk program across Club Wyndham South Pacific. This greenfield role is the perfect opportunity to stand out from the crowd and make your mark

**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Oversee the setup and continued operation of the Tour Desk program across the South Pacific
- Deliver innovative strategies to attract guests to the tour desks including partnership with local businesses and digital marketing strategies
- Identify opportunities to grow and enhance program performance
- Training and performance management of tour desk agents

**What You'll Bring**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- An entrepreneurial spirit and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience working in a tour desk or similar environment
- Proven ability to deliver results and exceed targets
- Able to travel as required across South Pacific locations
