eCommerce Manager | Growing Skincare & Beauty

Play a crucial role in growing the online business, managing key e-commerce platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the online purchase journey.
- Drive annual sales and trade spend for assigned customers, owning customer forecasting, proposing investment levels during brand and account planning.
- Set and measure the online presence whilst collaborating with local and regional leads to enhance the e-commerce footprint.
- Provide regular performance updates on set account KPI's, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage total trade spend and adjust plans based on promotional effectiveness and ROI analysis.
- Working with retailers to optimise the performance of the brand whilst managing the retailer relationships and constantly adding value.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing or Digital.
- 3 years of eCommerce experience.
- Background ideally within FMCG, beauty or healthcare.
- Influential person and is a leader for the team that are not a direct report to them.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to optimise marketing performance via e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in managing platforms that are similar to major retailers, Amazon, Coles Online, Woolworths Online, and more.
