**Housekeeping Team Leader (Part Time)**

**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting leadership opportunity within our housekeeping department as **Housekeeping Team Leader (Part Time)**. The successful applicant will have prior experience leading a team in Housekeeping preferably in a large 5-star establishment and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, high standards and commitment to The Tasman service ethics.

**About the Role**

Responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operation

Working from 9:30am - 3pm up to the business need

Responsible for arranging housekeeping attendant allocations

Identify training requirements for housekeeping associates

Liaise with front office

**About You**

Previous experience in a similar role is essential

Strong communication and leadership skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills

High levels of organizational and planning skills

Proven experience building a strong culture

Rigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to details

Integrity and professional

Experience with a variety of hotel systems
