**The Role**:
Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed

Engage service level & guest experience to the highest standards

Understanding of all departmental objectives and procedures

Handle guest concerns promptly, communicating with others where necessary

Actively participate in the daily briefing and department meetings

Ensure that all team members follow set policies and procedures, ensuring rooms are completed in a timely manner

Effective leader & mentor to larger local team

Strong trainings and development skills

Complete all additional tasks and projects as assigned

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Hotel, Resort, Day Spa or Wellbeing: 5 years (required)
