Blueline is seeking Housekeepers to join the Hobart team on a casual basis. Previous housekeeping experience is desirable, but not essential. Training will be provided.

About the Role

  • Keep apartments, rooms, and communal areas consistently clean and tidy.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
  • Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas.
  • Change bed linen.
  • Restock amenities, consumables, and linen supplies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or stock shortages to management.
  • Follow workplace health and safety procedures and uphold the NDIS Code of Practice.

What You Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Understanding of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality in a residential environment.
  • Commitment to upholding NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards.

Essential

  • The right to work in Australia
  • A Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card with NDIS Worker Clearance*
  • National Police Check*
  • Pre-employment medical, to ensure physical suitability for the role
