Medibank’s Live Better Rewards Partnerships Squad is on a mission to empower our members to live healthier, happier lives. We’re looking for a dynamic Partnerships Specialist to help us connect members with impactful partners across activity, provider, shopping, and rewards programs.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Champion Partnerships**: Manage a portfolio of health and wellbeing partners, ensuring seamless execution and performance.
- **Drive Campaigns**: Collaborate with marketing to roll out engaging partner campaigns and track their success.
- **Optimise Experiences**: Keep partner content fresh and user-friendly across our Live Better Rewards platform.
- **Deliver Insights**: Prepare performance reports and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- **Build Relationships**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver shared commercial outcomes.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A performance mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
- A knack for building and managing third-party relationships.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Experience in partnerships, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus
