OTI Management Pty Ltd seeks a dynamic, vibrant, and organised individual to add to our team.

**The Company**
Based in Melbourne with an office in Sydney, OTI Racing and Bloodstock is the leading partnership/syndicator provider globally. Integrity, high client focus, horse welfare and sustained racetrack success for 25 years are the cornerstones of our business.

**The Role**
This role is for a “go-to” person, working with the management team across several business disciplines, including:

- Client communication services
- Equine Insurance
- Client database management
- Website maintenance
- Business promotion and client services
- Raceday assistance

The role can potentially develop into several specialist areas unique to OTI.

**Qualities Sought**

The successful applicant should know about horse racing and possess high levels of proficiency in:

- Verbal and Written Communication
- Numeracy
- Expressed knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO and social media

This role calls for applicants who are proactive and show initiative. Importantly, they should have an eye for detail. They will have a keen interest in racing and be prepared to embrace the flexible timing requirements and scope of the role.

The successful applicant can be assured of a varied involvement in racing while learning new skills that will progress his/her business career.
