An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Analyst to join our business support team at our head office in Port Melbourne.

As an Operations Analyst, you will be working with all of the divisions within the METTLER TOLEDO operations in Australia and New Zealand to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance through our entire organisation.

Role overview:

- Assist in developing plans and strategies to achieve targeted customer support standards, operational efficiencies, sales budgetary outcomes and overall profitability.
- Analyse and evaluate current systems and structures, defining procedural and operational gaps, and working with stakeholders to improve processes and structures.
- Analyse and review existing processes and guidelines, and recommending improvements as appropriate.
- Analyse operating procedures, identify failures in compliance, and assess and report on corresponding business impact.
- Develop solutions to overcome internal operational problems and improve business efficiencies.
- Prepare and recommend proposals to revise operational methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve operational issues.
- Work with relevant stakeholders in implementing approved recommendations, issue revised instructions and procedural manuals, and draft required documentation.

This position will start as fixed term, 24 months contract with the potential opportunity to convert to a permanent position in the future.
