**About the role**
- We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled **Procurement Specialist - Source to Pay (Transport & Logistics)** to join our dynamic team
- In this exciting role, you will leverage your expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation to secure the best transport and logistics solutions for Orica. You will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and driving cost efficiencies—all while handling the specialized challenges of dangerous goods transport.

**What you will be doing**
- Manage the entire Source to Pay process for transport and logistics services, with a focus on dangerous goods;
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers;
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions;
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their transport and logistics needs and provide effective solutions;
- Develop negotiation strategies to ensure Orica’s position is commercially and legally strong and deliver the best outcome.

**What you will bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on transport and logistics;
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation;
- Relevant Transport, Storage and Logistics industry experience;
- Strong knowledge of dangerous goods regulations and compliance.
