**What You’ll Do**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service, answering questions and resolving issues quickly.
- Assist in order processing, ensuring all catering orders are accurately recorded and prepared for delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and managing inventory.
- Support the team in organizing, packaging, and dispatching catering orders.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, suppliers, and internal team members.
- Help manage customer feedback to continuously improve our service.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on the logistics and supply chain for orders.

- **Problem-Solving Ability** - You can think on your feet and find solutions when things don’t go as planned.
- **Passion for Fresh & Healthy Food** - You have a genuine interest in food, particularly Australian native ingredients, and are excited to work in a company that celebrates these flavours.
- **Experience in Customer Service or Logistics** - Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is a bonus, but if you’re a fast learner with a positive attitude, we’ll train you

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,223.56 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week

Supplementary Pay:
