
Customer Service Representative

**Job description**
**This job is for one or more of our centres in RANDWICK, BOTANY or MASCOT. You may be asked to perform shifts at ANY of these locations.**
Greeting /Point of Contact
- Be the first and last point of contact for any members and visitors.
- Cover the front desk and main phone line during business hours.
- Prepare offices prior to check-in and take inventory upon check-out.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials & partnership news to guests/potential members
Operations
- Assist the team in highlighting operations and maintenance issues.
- Manage relationships with vendors and manage centre consumption.
- Coordinate with other teams, vendors or Building Management for IT, Engineering,
Housekeeping & Accounting tasks.
- Manage keys and fobs.
- Order consumables & operating supplies with approval from Centre Manager.
- Submit receipts to Centre Manager for expense reports
- Daily receiving, logging and distribution of all mail/courier on behalf of clients.
Sales & Membership Management
- Manage any walk-in queries and leads. Escalate to the relevant Centre Manager or take ownership of the lead to convert them into a deal.
- Solve member-related issues or escalate to Centre Manager when necessary.
Event Management
- Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Full day Shift (9am to 6pm)
- Morning shift (9am to 2pm)
- Afternoon shift (2pm to 6pm)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 12-24 months
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
