**About You**
You will have extensive experience working for tier 1 or tier 2 civil contractors, with a strong track record in road construction and rehabilitation works on Australian roads.

We are specifically looking for Supervisors that can fulfill the following criteria:

- Minimum 10 years industry experience
- Ideally been in a supervisor role for over 5 years
- Extensive experience in civil earthworks, and roadworks
- Reliability and loyalty is a core attribute required, and you will be able to demonstrate good tenure in past employment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive construction programmes
- You will have the ability to work away on DIDO rosters as required. (ex Perth only)
- You will have local Australian experience and have FULL rights to work in Australia.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Forecasting and programming
- Procurement and scheduling of labour, subcontractors, equipment and materials
- Effective leadership of the construction team
- Administration including timesheets, delivery dockets and site diary
- Start ups, toolboxes, site inductions and checking tickets
- Mitigating and incident reports

**Benefits + Salary**

Salary range is $130k - $140k + Super + Super + Fully maintained vehicle, fuel card, phone and laptop. You will also receive a healthy allowance for away work.
