VIC Council looking for a Return to Work Officer (WorkCover)

**Your new company**

**Objective of your new role**
- To effectively manage Council’s Work Cover claims, WorkCover premium and insurance to minimise costs
- To arrange for the effective and timely return to work of injured employees
- To ensure prompt and effective management of Council’s rehabilitation program and confidential records system.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to analyse and manage WorkCover claims documentation and actions.
- Ability to undertake worksite assessments and prepare, implement and manage Return to Work plans.
- Relevant experience in WorkCover claims and premium management and a detailed understanding of relevant legislation and procedures.
