**Return to Work Specialist, Personal Injury | Melbourne, VIC**

By joining our high performing Workers Compensation team in Melbourne you will be part of a fast paced environment dedicated to providing outstanding service innovative thinking and return to work support.**You'll be responsible for**:

- Coordinating return to work programs
- Ability to obtain early return to work outcomes
- Recovery and Return to work focus and an ability to influence providers and treating practitioners to achieve return to work outcomes
- Ability to contribute to a positive working environment and team culture
- Flexible approach to claims management strategies
- Proven ability to break down return to work barriers

**Important to your success**:

- Experience in Workers Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in either personal injury, disability, or the health industry
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly developed skills in coaching, influencing and relationship building
- A drive for change and continual improvement
- A degree or tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health field e.g. (Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy/Rehabilitation Counselling/Psychology/Nursing) is desirable
- Ideally WorkSafe or TAC Training
