**About the role**

As a Project Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful implementation of the IWFM electronic rostering solution and supporting the business model and processes for hospital staff.
- Manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team to implement the change project within the Hospital and Health Services in line with project management methodologies.
- Provide leadership and assume responsibility for the deliverables of the team in accordance with the agreed local schedule and overarching statewide integrated rollout plan.
- Implement and manage appropriate IWFM Project governance, assurance and controls in accordance with the Program's PMO framework.
- Work collaboratively with internal IWFM stakeholders, such as Change Management Specialists and solution specialists, to ensure local change and engagement activities and solution requirements are facilitated in accordance with IWFM methodology and approach.
