**The Role**:
Reporting into the Project Manager, based in Ventia’s Winston Hills office, with onsite parking available we have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Administrator to join the team for an immediate start.

As an administration officer at Ventia, you will work in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you will have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally.
- Inputting, reviewing & maintaining data within several different Microsoft Excel Reports from several different data sources
- Reviewing, raising & dispatching Work Orders within the operating system - SAP
- Reviewing, Maintaining and Managing shared mailboxes within Microsoft Outlook

**About you**:
The successful applicant will have:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of admin experience
- MS Excel skills (Intermediate - Advanced)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- SAP knowledge is desirable, not essential.
