We’re an expanding holistic cleaning business in search of a capable Executive Admin to join our team. This role is much more than admin—you’ll be leading our cleaning team, helping grow the business through lead generation, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We also prioritise wellness, so being open to performing smudging (spiritual space clearing) is part of the job.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Team Management & Training**: Lead, support, and train our cleaning team to deliver excellent results.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Engage with workplaces, build relationships, and secure new business.
- **Holistic Cleaning**: Perform smudging and other wellness-focused cleaning practices as needed.
- **Social Media Content**: Coordinate and capture content for our social media platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Create initiatives to engage the local community and expand our reach.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks**: Be flexible and ready to assist with various tasks.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Pay**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour

**Expected Hours**: 30 hours per week

- Day shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shifts
