Your contribution
Using your understanding and experience/qualification in communication and administration, you will:

- assist in delivering engagement and communication plans and administrative requirements that promote awareness of QLeave and a strong corporate brand and contribute to the key objectives and outcomes of the SOU
- use your experience in SharePoint to build and maintain a content management system for all QLeave internal information in liaison with consultants and communications team
- liaise with and build working relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers
- create content for QLeave's web and intranet sites to ensure that they provide accurate, meaningful and timely information and comply with standards, policies and legislation
- assist with implementing new initiatives by researching and identifying opportunities that will help to streamline communication activities
- assist with other duties as requested by the communications team/SOU members
- contribute to developing and committing to ethical behaviour and QLeave's corporate values

This position reports to the Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Advisor and has no supervisory responsibilities.

- use Microsoft Office and content management systems, SharePoint, Vision6 and other content management systems.
