**As the Communications Officer you will**: - Undertake research to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of stakeholder engagement and marketing strategies. Coordinate and implement stakeholder engagement and marketing activities to promote awareness of the functions of the Land Access Ombudsman. Develop and coordinate the production and distribution of targeted communications for internal and external audiences. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with industry, community groups and government departments to support collaboration and information sharing.

**This position requires**: - Demonstrated experience in, and thorough knowledge of communications strategies, issues and trends, and proven ability to use this experience and knowledge to improve outcomes. Demonstrated experience as a communications officer in a similar role, including skills in writing, editing, stakeholder engagement and communications planning. High-level verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to establish and build relationships with key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience with digital content production and management platforms is highly desirable.
