**The Role**

Are you looking for a new role where you can be at the forefront of our ever-evolving renewable energy technologies?

We are looking for an experienced Stores Officer to organise goods inward for the facility including unloading of trucks and allocating deliveries to appropriate locations.

You will manage internal store and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. This will include the preparation of reports and assisting with purchasing processes where required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversight and delivery of warehouse functions including but not limited to the
- Processing and documentation of goods in / out of warehouse
- Asset management (control of asset tiger and signing in/out of equipment)
- Facilitate/organise maintenance of workshop tools
- Coordinating deliveries and stock transfers between divisions & suppliers
- Forklift driving
- Day to day operations of stores including the verification and tracking of goods
- Assessing and monitoring the quality of products held
- Updating inventory lists and data entry where required
- Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure storage requirements are met
- Raising and placing orders as required
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and team

**About you**:

- Solid warehouse experience
- Experience with computerised tracking systems
- Current drivers’ licence and HR licence (including forklift)
- Time management, conflict resolution skills and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Understand priorities and ability to work to deadlines
- Understanding of ISO standards and HSE requirements
- Value diversity
