Seeking an experienced administrator to join a large State Government department in O’Connor

**Your new company**

This is a chance for you to work in a large State Government department in O’Connor. This department is seeking for an experienced administration officer to assist with inventory management and clerical support. You will be engaged on an initial temporary basis for 3-months and will be required to work full-time hours. To start immediately.

**Your new role**
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Stock data and records management
- Manage customers queries and correspondences
- Coordinate transport and dispatches as required
- Provide stock information to customers as required
- Receive, unpack, checks and allocated purchased goods into store
- Operates specialised equipment including forklift as necessary

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Admin and customer service experience
- Good communication (written and verbal) skills
- Knowledge of stores functions is desirable
- A certified forklift qualifications to a state or national standard
- A current class C drivers’ licence
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
