Our client is a WA owned leading kitchenware and homeware retailer with 15 stores nationally and with further sites planned. They are a family owned business who have continued to evolve and inspire passion around food preparation, cooking and serving for many decades. They are passionate about offering each and every customer exceptional advice and value for all of their cooking essentials. Food and family is the core of their business.

Store Manager required for their busy Midland location with an experienced retail team. Now is the time to join this business with great team culture, high team retention rates and abundant succession stories in this WA grown business.

**About the Job Role**:

- Coach and develop a team of 12 to achieve sales and kpis
- Create long lasting customer relationships
- Deliver an exceptional store experience
- Strong merchant skills in a large stock environment
- Continue to build on store culture and customer engagement

- High attention to detail in store standards and merchandising
- Experience in high stock turn environments
