**How will I help?**

As part of the RAMS Operational Risk & Compliance team, the Compliance Manager supports and monitors activities and processes of the RAMS franchise network and the RAMS business to deliver efficient and effective operational risk and compliance outcomes.

As a Compliance Manager you will work towards ensuring that the business operates within a commercial and practical legal and governance framework that provides business growth and a strong compliance culture.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Supporting and monitoring activities and processes in the RAMS franchise to deliver efficient and effective compliance outcomes; ensuring that the business operates within a commercial and governance framework that provides business growth and a strong compliance culture.
- Supporting the RAMS franchise network to minimise knowledge gaps around compliance obligations.
- Conducting onsite and desk top loan file audits to monitor franchise compliance standards. *Interstate travel is a requirement.
- Identifying and remediating compliance concerns identified in file audits.
- Identifying reporting and providing support in the management of franchise incidents and compliance breaches in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensuring accurate recording and analysis of franchise compliance activities and that they comply with the RAMS Risk and Compliance framework.
- Conducting compliance monitoring of the RAMS contact centre as required.
- As required, attend various committee meetings to highlight business operational and compliance risks identified.

**What do I need?**

You will have a proven track record in conducting compliance audits and preparing compliance reports. Have experience in dealing with lending institutions and mortgage brokers and understanding the mortgage origination process.
