Process Improvement Consultant - Leading ASX listed group
- Open to working in Sydney or Melbourne (flexible working is the norm)
- 12-month fixed term contract / $185K package

Join a leading ASX Insurance organisation to help build and drive a continuous improvement capability looking to help uplift business efficiency.

The role will be working in a centralised projects teams partnering with similar minded, outcome-focused delivery team members to help with a digital and automation transformation.Initially, the focus will be on the internal HR systems and processes but will then look at the wider business units. As the process improvement consultant, you will be responsible for building a process excellence capability to be rolled out enterprise-wide as well as helping uplift the process analysts in the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, development and delivery of an enterprise process improvement framework.
- Identify opportunities to standardise and streamline end to end operating processes.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders.
- Build a high performing team with a focus on open and timely communications.

**To be successful**
- Business process improvement qualifications are essential (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt)
- Ideally have experience using Signavio
- Enterprise transformation experience building and implementing process improvement frameworks.
- Hands-on management of a continuous improvement/ process analyst team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
