Christian Schools Australia is a national, school-based member organisation supporting over 182 schools and campuses. CSA seeks an Executive Officer to support its 27 member schools on 32 campuses across VIC/TAS and facilitate the continued growth and strength of the sector. The role involves:

- championing and advocating for the cause of Christian schooling
- understanding and supporting the unique needs of independent Christian schools
- ensuring the roll out of CSA resources and professional development to members in keeping with the CSA Christian Schools Architecture.

The position also includes a National profile comprising 0.3FTE of the role. This includes:

- Creating a deeper value proposition for members in one or more of the CSA 3.0 framework areas: formation, advocacy, thought leadership, teaching and learning, leadership development; modes and models of learning
- Deployment to other states to deliver specialised training and support
- Development of resources, digital assets and presentations to assist the overall membership on the pathway to maturity

Key attributes:

- Passion for and experience in Christian schooling
- Proven Executive level educational leadership
- Self-motivated with an ability to deliver complex projects
- Highly relational with strong communication, networking, and presentation skills

The successful applicant will have:

- A strong Christian faith and well-grounded Christian worldview
- A comprehensive understanding of the Christian schooling sector
- Knowledge of the educational and regulatory landscape in VIC/TAS
- Demonstrated ability to network and form relationships with key stakeholders
