**About the role**- Permanent Full-Time **(Part**-Time negotiable)**

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator performs a vital role in recruiting for an organisation of over 800 employees. You will join a close-knit team of experienced recruiters who are passionate about end-to-end recruitment taking a people-centred approach to all stakeholders they engage with.Your role will focus on internal staffing with a mix of ad hoc vacancies and the high-volume recruitment of Support Workers who are an essential part of our workforce.
- Key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:_
- Ensure that various attraction strategies are embedded in recruitment processes as appropriate, including employee referrals.
- Be a central point of reference for all internal and external recruitment enquiries, responding in a professional, timely and customer focused manner.
- Contribute to the development, review and monitoring of TA policies and processes to ensure an effective and consistent delivery of TA services is provided.
- Participate in organisational communication and development systems such as web discussion groups, staff meetings, planning and review days and quality assurance programs.

You are a people person who is passionate about the employee experience and will be an enthusiastic ambassador for our organisation. You have a keen eye for detail and thrive in a busy environment that at times has competing priorities. You will also have the following skills and experience:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- High level administrative and organisational skills
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of computer literacy with the ability/willingness to adopt new programs and systems as required
- A desire to contribute to the success of the P&C team

**Specific Requirements**:

You will be required to have, or be willing to obtain:

- A valid full South Australian driver’s license (C Class)
- National Police Clearance
- Evidence of current COVID 19 vaccinations including any booster requirements
- A valid Child-Related Employment Screening via Department of Human Services
- Child Safe Environments Certificate
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours may be required on an irregular basis
