**Qualifications & Experience**:
**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:
- NDIS Worker Screening Card
- Positive Notice Blue Card
- Previous experience in the Disability, Mental Health, or Human Services sectors (desireable)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent (desirable)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Valid Driver's License
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
**Your Role Will Include**:
- Personal Care: Assisting with showering, toileting, dressing, and other daily activities.
- Meal Preparation & Support: Helping with preparing meals and supporting participants during sleepover shifts.
- Mobility Assistance: Supporting participants with physical and mobility needs, including transfers.
- Community Inclusion: Encouraging and assisting participants in engaging with the community and maintaining relationships through various activities and services.
- Collaborative Support: Working with families, participants, and other professionals to provide holistic care.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining participant records and adhering to communication practices and safety standards.
**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:
- Upholds the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of participants and their families.
- Can work within policies and procedures and ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.
- Is committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality care.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $24.00 - $53.02 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
