Join Our Team as a Customer Experience Coordinator

Are you an experienced professional looking to advance your career with one of Australia’s leading fertiliser providers? Protech has an exciting opportunity for Customer Experience Coordinators to join our client in Murarrie on a 6-month contract, with the potential for a permanent role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries via phone and in in writing.
- Complete various administration tasks, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Update and maintain records and databases accurately.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to effectively manage customer enquiries, problem solve, and resolve complaints.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and SAP, desired but not essential.
