The Business Enablement Specialist role within the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is integral to the department's ongoing efforts in transformation and modernisation, leveraging digital technologies to reshape operational processes. As part of this initiative, the department is in the process of establishing an internal Centre of Excellence (CoE) for digital services, with the aim of bolstering the role of the Information and Technology (I&T) branch as a high-quality enabler for the broader business.

The Business Enablement Specialist will play a key role in developing an ongoing improvement program focused on enhancing digital services through the introduction of innovative processes, tools, and work methodologies. This role reports to the Manager, Business Enablement, and involves close collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Director of Digital Delivery, Chief Information Officer, I&T staff throughout DTF, and external partners.

**Job Status**

This is an initial term contract for 12 months with a possibility of extension.

**SPECIAL CONDITIONS**:

The incumbent will be required to participate in the Departmental Performance Management Program

The incumbent may be required to be assigned to other positions at the same remuneration level across the department.
