**The Company**
Our client is a well-established organisation currently experiencing growth and building an additional motor claims team. They have an exceptional reputation and put care at the forefront of all that they do. They invest a huge amount into their staff and promote ongoing training and opportunities.

**The Role**
As Motor Claims Consultant your duties will include, but are not be limited to:

- Manage a portfolio of motor claims end to end
- Liaise with third parties and clients to provide regular updates on the progress of the claim
- Build and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
- Follow company processes and procedures in line with legislation.
- **Location**:Melbourne (with the flexibility to work from home)
- **Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (with flexible options)
- **Salary**:$70,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
- **Contract**:Permanent Full Time

**To be successful in this role you will offer**:

- Previous motor claims experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
