**The team you’ll part of**
**Mobile Networks Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).**
**What you will learn and contribute to**
**As the Technical Manager, you will**:
- **The prime for Cloud RAN deployments in assigned CT and will lead and be responsible for all technical deliverables for the customer.**:
- **Be accountable for management of end-to-end (e2e) technical management delivery according to scope, schedule, quality and cost**:
- **Be the primary technical interface and first technical escalation point within the assigned customer projects.**:
- **Ensure the correctness and completeness of the solution from e2e requirements of the overall solution delivery feasibility by engaging with the sales team in the solutioning phase before handover to delivery.**:
- **Validate, approve and maintain the High-Level Design, Low Level Detailed Design for the customer network e2e architecture**:
- **Manage stakeholder communications, issues, and risks (internally and externally). Perform Technical Risk Analysis and plan/implement risk mitigation actions.**:
- **Own the configuration management and fault management in the network.**:
- **Manage NPI (New Product Introduction), feature(s) introduction and trials as per the defined process**:
- **Be accountable for the ‘Software Introduction Framework’ stream in APJ ProAPTive program for your assigned CT**
**Your skills and experience**
**You have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in telecommunication industry including 4G, 5G technology with strong understanding of mobile networks
- Good e2e technical knowledge across entire solution in a 4G/5G environment, including functionality, signaling, interfaces and operational procedures.
- Experience in e2e troubleshooting, analysis and producing the highest degree of quality for all customer deliverables, including test, acceptance, RCA.
- Excellent customer stakeholder management at technical and project level and effective communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills - able to prioritise and negotiate with customer on business impacting technical issues and decisions.
**It would be nice if you also had**:
- experience as Solution Architect or Delivery Architect
- experience in cloud architecture
