A reputable Head Contractor has engaged us to source a Bid Manager / Tender Coordinator with full bid management responsibility for their Perth based business. This principle Contractor is very stable, financially strong and reputable commercial building contractor. This company will provide you with great autonomy and career development for many years to come.

The prime sectors that this contractor operates in are private sector clients in education, commercial offices, local authority community, defence and hospitality (pubs/bars/restaurants/cafes). You will get a variety of new build, refurb, heritage and fitout exposure.

The culture of this company is of utmost important - this contractor is a relationship contractor, meaning they build long term relationships with their sub-contractors and clients and any new member of staff needs to fit this culture. About the Bid Manager role:

- Use of Indesign
- Eye for graphics, bid writing skills required
- Additional marketing responsibilities available (if desired)
