**About the Role**
As a HR Business Partner, you will provide leadership advice and guidance to enable business leaders to achieve their goals and deliver an amazing employee experience. The client group is a highly engaged group in an innovative and front facing area of the organisation.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Building trusted, high-quality partnerships with business leads.
- Developing and implementing strategic people plans.
- Coaching, building capability and enabling leaders to effectively lead their teams.
- Acting as a champion for P&C initiatives and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Driving a strong focus on Employee Experience and Engagement.
- Strong ER support
- Contribution to and implementation of effective organisational design practices.

**About You**
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner with exceptional senior stakeholder management skills and will be adept at managing complex change from conception to through to delivery. With experience of managing the full employee lifecycle with strong interpretive knowledge of legislation and industrial instruments governing employment in Australia.

You will be data driven, seeking opportunities to drive strategic decision making, using data for problem solving and to measure effectiveness of initiatives and tools.
