This is a newly created, senior role within the HR team where you will work closely with the CPO to lead a culture of high performance with a focus on building organisational capability and wellbeing.
This is a unique opportunity where you will support the development and execution of people management policies and practice's in line with the organisation's mission and strategy, including ensuring the wellbeing of staff.
As an individual contributor reporting to the CPO, some responsibilities of the role will include:
- Assist the CPO to lead a team that fosters of a sense of collaboration among all staff to provide innovative people solutions;
- Help to enable a culture of high performance, innovation and engagement of staff; celebrates their success and encourages holistic wellbeing
- Identify opportunities for and develop innovative programs to enhance staff wellbeing, including analysis of employee surveys, feedback and participation in forums and committees.
- Provide appropriate information and advice to staff regarding opportunities for their own professional learning, career planning and support them in their search for new challenges
- Business Partner with a small client group to provide HR guidance support, coaching, employee relations and other HR generalist activities.
This role is suited to an experienced professional who has a background in workplace wellbeing & HR. Additionally, to be successful in this role you will possess the below s skills and experience;
- Tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field
- Experienced in workplace wellbeing & engagement
- HR generalist experience ideally
- Proven ability to develop programs, frameworks and initiatives which enhance an organisation and its employees
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
