**About the Role**
As People & Culture Consultant, you will provide accurate and responsive advisory services across the full range of generalist HR activities, contributing to delivering an amazing employee experience.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Providing interpretation, counsel and support regarding policies, procedures, programs and employee life cycle activities.
- Providing sound interpretation and advice to ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and frameworks, and industrial instruments including an Enterprise Agreement.
- Under the guidance of HR Business Partners support the business in effectively resolving ER matters.
- Provide tier 2 support back up to the HR Operations team on more complex employment administration related issues.
- Facilitate training for people leaders and employees as needed including onboarding and other information sessions.
- Support HR initiatives and Diversity & Inclusion outcomes across assigned business units. Role model inclusive leadership behaviours.

**About You**
You will be an experienced HR Consultant or HR Advisor with experience across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations including administration, reporting and process. You will thrive in a busy environment and be adept at working in a high volume environment across a wide range of stakeholders, with excellent communication and influencing skills.

You will have a solid understanding and interpretive knowledge of legislation, frameworks and industrial instruments governing employment in Australia.
