What this job involves
We are now taking Expressions of Interest for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our Property and Asset Management team in Adelaide. We are driven to maximise the performance of our client’s assets by developing and implementing commercial property management solutions that enhance value and increase efficiency.
In the position of Assistant Property Manager, you will support a team of commercial, industrial and retail property managers and be able to successfully multitask and prioritise various tasks.

**Responsibilities will include**:
Assist with preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Assist with monthly reports preparation.
Monitor and actively pursue rental arrears.
Processing of creditor invoices as well as raising sundry tenant recoveries.
Conduct tenant account reconciliations.
Liaise with contractors, tenants and landlords as required.
General administration, filing and assistance as required.

Desired experience and technical skills

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual seeking a challenging role that will allow you to grow your capabilities. You will have exceptional customer service & stakeholder management skills, have the drive to succeed and are looking for that opportunity to move your career forward with a world class, global organisation This role would suit someone with prior property management experience and a current property manager’s licence.
The key to this role is to ensure that all aspects of our clients’ property are managed efficiently and effectively. You will be the key support person to this team, you will learn and be involved in financial management, reporting, strategy, operations, and the management of the assets of our client.
