Production Engineering Manager

BDA's Aerospace Engineering & Production Capability provides a range of modification, production, repair and continuing airworthiness services to support Defence's Boeing-managed aircraft fleets and complex communication systems. We work hand-in-hand with our customers to develop and deliver critical capabilities to support their mission now and into the future.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Production Engineering Capability Manager to support and deliver some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force.
This role is responsible for the driving the enhancements of our production systems, tools and processes and lead employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering. You will lead a team of manufacturing and industrial engineers that directly support the aircraft modification and test activities across the Wedgetail and P8 platforms. The role is also responsible for maintaining a strong connection with design engineering and manufacturing operations to ensure that the team's products and services are meeting the needs of the customer.
This opportunity is based in Brisbane, but travel to RAAF Base Amberley will be required from time to time.
