Our client is a leading investment advisory & financial planning firm based in Brisbane. They provide their investors access to markets with a range of investment options, providing comprehensive financial advice to an impressive portfolio of clients.

With a stable, high performing team, they are well positioned to add a new team member as an
**Adviser Assistant.** You will report to and support a leading team of experienced Financial Planners and Advisers within their Brisbane office. They enjoy working in a professional, high performing, and easy-going work culture that has experienced positive organic growth.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

- Assisting with client liaison
- Establishing and maintaining client accounts and updating client profiles
- Prepare client letters, reports, research or any other written communications
- Administration to support the Advisors - data entry, mail merges, reporting in excel, diary management, faxing, photocopying, printing, and filing of documentation
- Assist in the preparation of Statements of Advice
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly complaint reviews
