**The Company**

One of Australia’s longest running and most trusted superannuation funds help members from all industries across Australia with market-leading investment products, as well as insurance and advice. They are currently experiencing an exciting period of change and growth and are looking to hire an Advice Support Officer on a permanent basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Adviser Operations Manager, this position will provide a consistently high level of financial advice and administrative support services to the financial advice team.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist and support the Financial Advisers in all daily administration duties of the full end-to-end financial planning process, including diary management, processing client correspondence and all around office support as required.
- Co-ordinate initial, review and plan presentation meetings and all other appointments for the financial advisers.
- Ensuring that maintenance of client database and client records is consistently up to date and accurate.
- Support management, financial planners and clients with ad-hoc client requests as requested.

**About You**:

- A strong background in Administration (Preferably in Financial Services)
- Experience in XPLAN software is highly regarded
- RG146 desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and good working knowledge of financial planning software and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a busy team environment.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, time managing and prioritising skills.
