Situated in our Fortitude Valley office, conveniently close to the Valley train station, we currently have over 60 dedicated staff members. While the initial 6 months will involve joining the office-based team, we also offer a hybrid work-from-home model for flexibility.
**About the Role**
SkyMesh is seeking enthusiastic individuals looking to begin their careers in entry-level positions within our dynamic industry. We have multiple openings available due to large expansion within our Customer Service and Sales team.
As a primary contact for potential new clients seeking an NBN Co connection, your role within the Sales team will involve understanding customer needs and providing seamless service experiences.

Some requirements that we would like you to come with.
- Minimum of six months' experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong record-keeping abilities
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the capability to work autonomously

**Salary**: From $46,000.00 per year
