**Project Coordinator - Telecoms Divison - Ventia**

**Ventia** are actively recruiting a solution orientated** Project Coordinator** to join our Telecoms / Telepower Critical Infrastructure team.

This role’s primary function will be to support the construction supervisors and project managers with the program of works in Western Australia.
Operating primarily from the Canning Vale Office with added flexibility to work from home.

**About the role**
- Proactively forecast and plan in accordance with the Program of Works in conjunction with the client’s expectation
- Ensure all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner to meet construction schedules
- Monitor construction execution and report delays and discrepancies to the construction team
- Manage, review, and develop weekly and monthly progress reports
- Drive, administer and implement client focused initiatives and improvements
- Offer specialist support to internal stakeholders providing solution-based improvement initiates
- Actively manage and ensure Project Management systems are current
- Ensure that all subcontractors involved are fully compliant with Ventia and client requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve problems in conjunction with the field supervisors and managers

**About you**
- Electrical background is desirable for this role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction or Telecoms industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
- High attention to detail and the ability to plan and organize a variety of assignments
- Proficiency in Microsoft's suite of products, in particular Excel
- Sound communication and collaboration skills and ability to forge relationships with various stakeholders
