We have an opportunity for **a Retail Implementation Specialist** position to join on full time basis. This role is based in Canning Vale, WA to assist the delivery of new independent Metcash stores, New Stores, DSA, refurbishments and fit outs through effective management & co-ordination between Metcash, Retailer & relevant third parties.

**What you’ll do**

**Planning and delivery of DSA**
- Working with Retailers and Metcash Teams and external parties to develop project plans, timelines, and offer support in the execution of the project.
- Deliver DSA projects being on time and to agreed budgets.

**Retail project delivery**
- Working with Metcash Teams and Retailers to plan and deliver new initiatives.
- Assist the management with all new initiatives.

**Store relays, layouts and collateral**
- Work with retailers to plan and execute changes to store layouts, assist in the development of whole store plans and format changes.

**What you’ll bring**
- Good working relationship with our supplier partners and multi-site management with IGA stores is preferred.
- Understanding of supplier arrangements & support
- Experience of supermarket fit out and refurbishments preferred
- Basic project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to interpret plans
- Understanding of basic building regulations and standards
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to articulate complex issues with a simplistic & priority focus approach
- An ability to influence & gain stakeholder buy-in by building strong & effective internal & external working relationships.
