**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- We have an excellent opportunity for an Assurance Analyst to join our Information Technology offering based at Macquarie Park.
- Key responsibilities include:- Develop, manage and implement appropriate asset management processes and procedures for IT assets throughout their lifecycle.-
- Proactively manage end of life processes with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely transition.-
- Produce routine and ad-hoc reports on key assets to inform business focused decision making.-
- Assist with the establishment of a standard global asset management process.-
- Manage the relationship with Australia Telecom service providers to ensure accurate billing, reporting and handset tracking.- Maintain asset management documentation and contribute to annual ISO27001 and other internal audits.**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**

- innovation and technology: driving the increasingly important adoption of technology in new ways

While the roles within the division may vary, all involve providing the very best services and systems. You may also have the opportunity to work on challenging projects across the firm.
