We are seeking a
**Quality Assurance Analyst** with a passion to
**continuously learn, grow and deliver**. You will collaborate across the Australian and International teams to deliver on quality assurance an compliance indicative's. Using your customer obsession and data backed mindset, you will be creating the frameworks for high performance and coaching for success to
**shape the future of their Customer Success Teams.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Perform assessments** with local and global teams to elevate the quality of service to drive customer and employee experience
- **Lead quality programs** and calibration with stakeholders to facilitate learning and deepen the understanding of products and services
- **Analyse and report** customer insights gained through the quality evaluation process to identify opportunities for improvement
- Use data to **identify trends and create initiatives** that support the quality and performance indicative's
- Advocate compliance obligations to ensure needs are met while driving Customer Success quality plans

**To be considered for this position you will have**:

- Experience in Quality Monitoring/Assurance is advantageous but not essential
- Experience in Tech, Banking or Finance is preferred
- Deep customer empathy and a passion for continuously setting the bar high for customer experience
- Previous experience as a Training Facilitation/ Customer Success Team Leader or Customer support on a strategic level
- Demonstrated capability to impact and effect people at multiple levels throughout the organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
