We are now seeking a highly experienced, motivated and enthusiastic **Parts Interpreter** to join the team in** Burwood, Melbourne.**

**What the roles entails**:

- ** Own the phones**: manage high-volume inbound & outbound calls, interpreting and quoting genuine OEM parts for our Audi, Hyundai, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute & Geely dealer network and trade customers.
- ** PartsCheck power user**: leverage **PartsCheck -**the real-time quoting platform that provides the correct part numbers, pricing & that competitive edge.
- ** Be the parts detective**: dive into manufacturer EPCs and online portals to identify, source and locate parts fast.
- ** Convert enquiries to sales**: prepare quotes, raise orders in Auto-IT DMS, upsell accessories and add-ons.
- ** Deliver legendary service**: hit first-call-resolution targets and maintain a friendly, solutions-focused tone every time.

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in a **parts phone room, call centre, dealership parts counter or trade hotline**.
- Comfortable with EPCs, DMS (Auto-IT or Pentana) and Microsoft 365.
- A calm communicator who thrives on KPIs and multitasking
- Experienced in the following franchises is highly regarded : Volkswagen, Audi or any other European brands.
