We are now seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to take the first step in their career as a **Parts Interpreter** and join the team at Penfold Motors.

**What the roles entails**:

- Liaise with customers to assist with Parts and Accessories enquiries
- Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
- Use of online Manufacturer’s portal to locate and source parts
- Processing quotes and orders for customers through the DMS system (AutoIT)
- Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high-level standard of customer service
- Training provided in warehousing

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team while showing individual strength and ability
- Eager to learn with the desire to get in and get the job done
- Great reliability and honesty with good attendance record
- Excellent time management
- Ability to operate under pressure and flexibility adapt as circumstances change
- High level of attention to detail and quality
- Genuine interest in Automotive industry
