**Description**:
Powertech has over two decades of experience in providing specialist testing and commissioning, operations and maintenance, equipment hire and calibration services.

We have a requirement for a Logistics Administration Assistant to join the Operations Team in our Murarrie Office, Brisbane. This role is a permanent, full-time role.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Assisting Logistics Lead with daily tasks for the warehouse.
- Attending to customer queries and requests while ensuring the clients requirements are met.
- Ensuring that our systems are correctly set up from quote to final invoices for logistics and calibration.

Receiving stock, including sorting, and organising deliveries.
Purchasing materials for internal and external projects, including raising purchase orders, organising freight, supplying quotes. 
- Stock inventory, Inspecting goods against the delivery docket and purchase order.

Receiving orders in the company ERP system.
Participation in annual stock take.
- Providing support and advice for the Calibration & Logistic Leads in a productive and professional manner
- Promoting ongoing improvement to processes

Experience, skills and qualifications;
- Excellent writing and verbal skills are essential.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. 
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as willing to learn our in-house software system/s and work with this daily. 
- Able to handle competing priorities.
- Worked with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Pronto etc.) desirable 
- Previous experience in a busy administrative and operational support role, ideally within a warehouse services or logistics environment is desirable. 
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great attention to detail. 
- A practical and well organised approach with a proven ability to multitask. 
- Competent to work in a high-pressure environment alongside the project managers in the business. 
- Forklift Licence desirable.
